Robin Wright Penn has filed for divorce in her ongoing back-and-forth with husband Sean Penn. After publicly trying to reconcile, it seems the couple cannot make amends. But this time around, it seems the pair is really ready to call it quits.
The papers filed say that “both parties have already agreed” on custody matters and that “the estranged couple have already agreed to division of all property.” Papers were also filed in 2007, which led to the (evidently failed) reconciliation attempt.
“I have no regrets,” said the actress. “We have two amazing children we raised together.”

Michael Jackson Doc Thanks His Supporters

Dr. Conrad Murray has become the most infamous name in the Michael Jackson investigation. A frequent target for DEA raids in the course of the investigation, Murray is believed to have administered Propofol to Jackson. This could have caused the singer’s untimely death. No formal charges have been brought against Murray.
He’s now posted a YouTube video, ostensibly because he is “afraid to return phone calls or use my email.” In his message, the doctor thanks patients and friends for the supportive messages they’ve been sending. “Your messages give me strength and courage and keep me going. They mean the world to me.”

Kelly Clarkson Serenades Edward Cullen

So You Think You Can Dance’s Alex Da Silva Charged with Rape

Four months after being released due to lack of evidence, choreographer Alex Da Silva has been rearrested on rape-related offenses…and this time, he’s been slapped with a few charges.
The dance instructor, whose best known for his work on So You Think You Can Dance, was cuffed this morning at his North Hollywood home for crimes allegedly committed against four different women.
According to the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office, the incidents occurred between 2002 and 2009. The victims - ranging from 20 to 26 in age - had been taking classes with Da Silva. In total, Alex has been charged with eight felonies: four counts of forcible rape, two counts of assault with intent to commit rape and two counts of sexual penetration by a foreign object.
Da Silva is being held on $6.2 million bail. A conviction on all charges could mean up to life in prison.

American Idol host Ryan Seacrest was caught filming segments for the Boston auditions whilst standing atop a box. While most would probably freeze at the glimpse of a camera catching oneself in such an embarrassing moment, the 5’ 8” host continued to flash that familiar smile and graciously signed autographs for fans. I must be the only person who finds this photo strangely adorable.

“I’ve been the sacrificial lamb in this situation,” Hailey Glassman, 22, said in a recent interview. She’s been dating Jon Gosselin, estranged husband to Kate, and as such she’s been near the center of a brutal media storm. “Before all this, I was happy-go-lucky.”
“I have lost my happiness through this all.” Glassman is the daughter to a plastic surgeon, who just happens to be the guy who did Kate Gosselin’s tummy tuck. According to various interviews, Jon was staying at the good doctor’s home during his marital troubles and Hailey was home for the summer. The hookup ensued - but, Glassman says, after the couple had split up.

Charmed star Alyssa Milano tied the knot with talent agent David Bugliari on Saturday at his family’s New Jersey estate.
Not unlike most stars these days, Milano walked down the aisle in a custom Vera Wang design (who’ll accept anything less?). What set the couple’s wedding apart from others was the fact that the bride walked to John Lennon’s “Imagine,” instead of the traditional “Here Comes the Bride” numbers.
“We wanted a wedding that was reflective of who we are as a couple” said Milano.
Following the ceremony was a very beautiful and traditional set-up, reminiscent of Milano’s Italian roots.
“My Italian family still eats Sunday dinner together every week. We wanted to capture the same feeling with people passing around beautiful bowls of food and talking and laughing,” the 36 year-old bride said.
